Bournville Carillon will host two recitals on Saturday 30 May, both performed by resident Carillonneur Trevor Workman.

At 12 noon, there will be a general recital featuring a varied programme of music.

At 3:00pm, a special recital will celebrate the music of Johann Sebastian Bach (1685–1750). The programme includes a selection of Bach’s finest compositions and arrangements for carillon, including Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring, Sheep May Safely Graze, selections from The Well-Tempered Clavier, and concludes with the celebrated Toccata and Fugue in D minor.
