Bournville Village Green
Join us on Bournville Village Green for a special day celebrating 120 years of the Bournville Carillon — a remarkable gift from George Cadbury to the people of Bournville in 1906.
Two celebratory recitals will be played by Trevor Workman, Bournville Carillonneur, with music ringing out from the 48 bells of one of Bournville’s most distinctive and treasured landmarks.
There will be deckchairs on the Village Green for a relaxed afternoon of music and celebration, together with outdoor games and ice creams. Visitors are also invited to pop into the Rest House to learn more about the Carillon, with archive material and films on display.
